 Working as HR Development Officer in Youth Organization from 12th February 2015 till to date
 HR DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Job Responsibilities:
 Ensure HR Policy and procedures are implementing in well manner.
 To ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.
 To initiate, and coordinate the hiring process as per the required.
 To ensure the maintenance of personal records of all the project employees.
 To organize Orientation sessions of new Core staff and project employees.
 To develop and implement staff training programs.
 To guide/orient project staff on HR policies and procedures.
 To ensure Performance evaluation of the project staff.
 To monitor staff morale and potential staff relations issues.
 To ensure the establishment and maintenance of accurate personnel records.
 To prepare final settlements of the project staff at the time of project completion or resignation.
 Ensure that staff maintains meeting minutes daily basis.
 Maintain staff records and documentation as per HR policy.
 File management, personnel files and recruitment files etc.
 Keep an eye on leave and absence records.
 Overall office security and maintains.
 Involve in purchasing and procurement process.
 Provide assistance arrangements for in making logistic training\'s/workshop, including booking the meeting hall, hotel accommodation for the participants, meals, tea break, ensuring necessary equipment’s and stationery are available for the meeting.
 Provide assistance in getting quotations in compliance with organization procurement policy and finance requirements as needed.
 Process and keep record of bills (Electricity, Telephone, TCS, Gas, and internet) etc
