1.      HRIS & Payroll:
                   -          Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules in coordination with developers
                   -          Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS end users
                   -          Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users

                   -          End to end management of monthly payroll
                   -          Responsible to process end to end final settlements
                   -          Liaison with the POC of Insurance for addition or deletion of lives in Health and Life Insurance
 
2.      Talent Acquisition:
                   -          Leading the recruitment process of lateral positions.
                   -          Preparing Job Ads for all the position related to retail staff hiring.
                   -          Liaise with the fictional Managers to implement consistent recruitment criteria across the board.
                   -          Coordination with head-hunters for CV’s collection as per Manpower MNP requirements.
                   -          Shortlisting CV’s and formulating Candidates profile summary for initial / telephonic Interviews.
                   -          Conducting interviews (Competency based, Structured, UN structured, Panel).
                   -          Preparing Offer Letters, Appointment Letters and Orientation Plans (Pre hiring and post hiring documentation) of new joiners.
                   -          Updating new hires data in HCM Module.
                   -          Maintaining the CV’s database for prospective positions.
3.      OD Interventions:
                   -          Ensure corporate branding during the hiring process.
                   -          Working on initiatives to ensure high rate of Employee Retention throughout the company.
                   -          Working closely with Team Lead Recruitment in developing assessment tools, post-assessment framework and individual development reports for identified HiPO’s.
4.      Employer Branding:
                   -          Participating in job fairs / campus drives to recruit potential candidates.
                   -          Conducting Management trainee programs (MTO).
5.      Policies, Benefits & Rewards:
                   -          Designed HR policies of Attendance & Leave Management, Recruitment & Selection, Code of Ethics Policy, Job promotion and rotation policy and implemented with the approval of Team Lead recruitment and GM HR
                   -          Conducted employee benefits development and satisfaction surveys
