 Maintaining adequate inventory levels, ensuring future parts availability
 Annual and six months report and dead stock detail list
 Receive deliveries of new equipment and ensure that all the supplies are in proper order
 Store the supplies and items received in their designated place to avoid time-wasting in searching for items
 Maintain store facilities to ensure smooth functioning – Make arrangements for order placement of new stock
Whenever deemed necessary
 The efficient utilization of space of warehouse and inventory
 Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy
 Control over 2500 items (Mobile spare, Equipment’s, Tools)
 Prepare stock and consumption reports (spare parts)
 Coordinate with remote branches regarding spare parts, mobile phones, and accessories
 Reported to store manager on a regular basis regarding the need/demand of items so that the future orders
could be placed accordingly.
 Worked directly with the Service Department to provide parts needed to complete repairs
 Developed and implemented new procedures for improving inventory control and reducing the time required
locating parts by modifying part numbers and locations
 Maintaining warehouse documentation in an orderly and systematic filing system
 Properly Record and tag all assets and inventory old and new inline. Monitor the receipt, storage, loading and
dispatch of stock/goods.
 Responsible for all movement of dispatches through courier service

 Provide the solution to overall dealers regarding DAP, WARRANTY, RF
 Coordinated with internal care center team, admin & logistics team, finance team, and process management team
 Provide the solution to overall distributors Advance Telecom, United Mobile, I-2 Pakistan
 Order and procure spare parts, swap units and other tools to satisfy the care center operations in timely manner.
 Procure general care center requirements on a timely basis
 Manage the stock efficiently to satisfy spare part requirements and minimize inventory holding value to achieve
the set process and inventory aging targets.
 External coordination with Siyana Technologies Pvt. Limited (Nokia Authorized repair factory)
 Reports indirectly HO for spare parts ordering, delivery of stock & inventory management

 Business Development Activities (Volume Control of Interior Sindh dealers)
 Providing Updates, Support, Solutions via e-mails and telephonic communications to our valuable Dealers & Distributors
 Recover receivable to overall interior dealers
 Responding to complaint e-mails. (Corporate Clients, Customers, Distributors, Retailers)
 Mounting all over dealer issues
 Monthly Volume & Audit Reports

 Daily Purchasing of IT, General Items & Stationary
 Tallying the received items with Delivery Receipt and Manage in shelves and update in systems
 Issuance of Stock to User department on requests and keeping the records up to date
 Monthly Audit of Purchases and Stock issued to User department and coordinate to forecast the needs
