IT Director Infrastructure & Operations having experience with the following core functions
leadership, technical assurance, and strategic resource management of I&O/Service Desk department and to ensure its key objectives whilst delivering to set targets.

Designing, implementing and maintaining global IT policies, including Information Security and Business Continuity.
Overseeing and providing hands-on technical leadership of the IT department including network troubleshooting, system administration and end user help desk support
Providing direction and technical expertise for the team and act as a resource for all existing and new initiatives and complex projects, including systems, capacity planning, system deployments, and system and network installs/configurations.
