Initially looked after all the HR related matters (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Management) for Retail Division of South Region which includes a total of 15 Retail Branches. After Successful completion of Probation Period, I was assigned to Lead the function of Compensation & Benefits and scope increased to all the divisions of Company i.e Retail, Manufacturing and Warehouse.

1- Supervising complete Payroll Cycle of Different divisions from Attendance Management to Salary disbursement.
2- Head Count Analysis – Branch wise & Region Wise
3- Man Power Planning and budget allocation
4- Handling a team of 4 HR Resources with diversified background and locations.
5- Financial Planning of New projects and resource requirement.
6- Appraisal budgeting for the year and assisting management in overall appraisal budget allocation.
Served as key player for overall strategy by restructuring the company, drafting policies and guideline & developing implementation and compliance procedures.
The role was more diverted towards Retail and it included all the major functions of HR i.e. Recruitment, Employee benefits, Organizational Development and Talent Management. Moreover, I was also involved in assisting the senior management of the company in strategizing the future goals and its achievements.
