. Human Resources
• Check new employee’s references,
• Verify all original documents & collect copies of all documents of new employee at the time of joining & ensure proper filling joining documents by new employee.
• Prepare employment contracts / contract modification in case of any change.
• Managing all staff personal files. Make sure that all staff have personal folder with complete contains (Contract, TORs, CV, Staff History, Joining Documents, Credential / certificates and other necessary documents).
• Assist new staff member with induction.
• Process staff ID card / Health Card / EOBI card for new employee.

• Assist Area HR/Admin Manager in preparing monthly Payroll/TITANIC.
• Follow up of staff Appraisal forms as per ACTED HR Manual.
• Set up the Filing system in ACTED South Sindh based on ACTED standard filling system.
• Maintain CV database for future / prospective profiles, interviewed candidates, layoff employees for future position.

Worked as HR/Admin Assistant, at ACTED (Agency for Technical cooperation and Development) Pakistan at Southern Sindh & Northern Sindh (Thull,Jacobabad, Kandhkot, Badin & Chachro district Tharparker.
