I am responsible for the Management of Prestigious High Rise Building Project of Beacon house private limited. The project is named as Alpha Home Project which is situated at Beacon house estate Lahore and comprises of 5 Tower of Apartment building. Development of 70 kanal land area with following key responsibilities.
1-      Design Review and Coordination. Liaise in with Structural, Architectural, Electrical and PHE Consultant to Finalize the Design of project.
2-      Planning of Project: Supervised the detailed planning (Financial and Execution) to assist the stake holder to have over view of project strategic decisions.
3-      Implementation of Planning of in view of real-life situation and monitoring the project progress to meet both end as required.
4-      Cost effectiveness and Quality assurance is one of the key responsibilities for this project.
5-      Tender finalization and Contractor negotiation to keep project under cost and quality constraints to avoid overbudgeting and delays.
6-      Procurement of material is being supervised to utmost best quality and economy to keep project budget to avoid overflows.

Project Handled: Bakri Oil Terminal Sahiwal, Mahmood Kot, Kunnar oil terminal OGDCL Bakri Terminal Sahiwal was the initial project where I have to oversee the project execution which start from the Planning, Execution, Controlling & Monitoring and successful Closing of the project. During this project, I was handling the chair of Head of department (Civil) where I was supervising the following development  Managing operation of Head of Department (Civil), which include the preparation of bids for upcoming projects.  Handled a team of experienced Civil Engineer/estimation engineer in preparation Bids, and budget for execution of the projects.  Contributed a comprehensive construction expertise in the areas of planning, scheduling, drawing cost estimates, construction methods & procedures, and materials & quality standards.  Planning of awarded project with respect to mobilization, procurement, budget/costing for smooth execution of the projects.  Closely controlling and monitoring the Project for Progress and Cost , Initiating action in case of any deviation from original plan with corrective actions  Creating the report while closely monitoring the progress of the Project for Company management with all aspects.  Responsible for setting up perfect coordination with all involved agencies – client, consultant, architect, vendors, site engineers, and subcontractor’s etc. - to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate the pace of project implementation.
