Manage the more than 70 persons team with different categories..lead the country's top delivery business more or less than 200 millions
Ensure that delivery team purpose and objectives are clear and linked to the broader Group vision, strategy and customer roadmap.
Coach and empower delivery teams to take accountability for delivery, risk and issue management and assisting by removing blockers.
Provide coaching, mentoring and professional development opportunities (i.e cross-skilling and role exposure) for team members in line with career development plans.
Manage and organize the delivery to be made to customer/client in right quantity and specification.
Being thoroughly informed with orders, stock availability, lead a hands-on and timely efficient delivery along with smooth customer service.
Smooth alignment and relationship with operation, store management HO, buyers, field sales and delivery team if needed.
To verify daily fuel costing and transaction and to further ensure the proper documentation pertaining to it.
To handle and coordinate customer complain regarding delivery issues.
To update the KPI's on daily basis.
To coordinate with head office regarding fuel expenses, KPIs, fixed costing, third party vehicle expenses.
