Responsibilities:
· Preparing documentation and assisting in researching, compiling, proof-reading and editing reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc.
· To monitor support staff and schedule their activities.
· Purchase and maintain office supplies including stationary, toiletries and other utilities.
· Carefully handle receipts, invoices, payments and maintain records through data entry and filing.
· Maintain company assets vehicles, equipment, furniture & fixture, appliances and ensure they are maintained well.
· To handle general administrative tasks or any assignment given by the supervisor and management.
· Prepare and/or process checks to ensure prompt payment for goods and services.
· Records data by operating data entry equipment; coding information;
· Resolving processing problems.
· Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
· Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
· Manage and control janitorial and other staff to make sure they perform their duties properly and effectively.
· Making sure the office premises are in top notch condition.
· Communicate and deal with vendors, and internal and external stakeholders
· Manage contracts and records of any vehicles/ bikes provided to company employees.
· Managing dispatches and deliveries of stationary items, office supplies and other goods to company employees.
· Manage and keep record of all contractors
· Manage and update administrative database
· Look after day to day administrative activates
· Handling in-house staff issues and maintaining with the best possible solutions.
· Customer services handling, getting clients on meeting and visiting corporate clients for dealing in business concern.
· Performing on-going in depth analysis of sales, sales agreements and promotions performance data
