概要

Commissioned in the Pakistan army in 1982 and retired as lieutenant colonel in 2007. During military career of 26x years, retained various command, administration, operational and security appointments. Attended various courses related to above disciplines including Pakistan Staff Course where I learnt monitoring , handling of complaints, development of various plans, policies, methodologies and of HR ,Administration , security and logistics both at tactical and strategic levels.

On retirement, performed as CEO of the Muslim commercial bank employment and security system. Remained extensively involved in handling issues related to administration, resolving of different complaints, HR and security matters of all branches of the MCB nationwide. Acted as expert to the top management on above aspects/ parameters. Evolved comprehensive plans and enforced them nationwide in all sub offices of the company after necessary coordination and liaison with different government departments.

Also served as Security Manager Administration in Arif Habib Bank Ltd ( now summit bank). Acted as advisor to the management on all issues related to Monitoring, handling of complaints, administration and security. Coordinated Security, administration and monitoring efforts within the country including liaison with government's law enforcing agencies.

Head of Administration, HR and Security at Suffa complex. constructed the campus, Developed comprehensive security SOPs/instructions. Evolved a system to handle complaints swiftly. Planned and implemented the HR, Administration, Security plans within the campus.

Regional Head of Administration, HR and security in Sind, Administrated 23x educational institutions of approximately 800 staff. Conducted induction of staff and their training, performance appraisals, pay rolls, release/ retirements and dealt with routine office administration and security. Dealt all matters related to public complaints.
