• Analyze and provide explanations on sales, commission, incentives, margin and financial performance variances versus plan/forecast/prior year and analyze sales/margin in various views.• Develop and deploy dashboards, visualizations and autonomous and dynamic reporting interfaces to be distributed to stakeholders via the Power Bi reporting platform, web portal, mobile and tablet devices.• Co-ordinates the collection and analysis of business metrics, performance measures and indicators, data collection and sources.• Prepare Airline and Client profitability analysis reports on a monthly basis.• Provides feedback on business metrics, performance measures and indicators to ensure the company has the appropriate data and measures to monitor progress and improve business processes.• Assist in preparing Sales, Incentive, and expenses monthly & yearly forecast • Perform analysis to identify operational issues or areas for improvement by researching, analyzing, and integrating operations information and data• Responsible for Weekly/Monthly & Yearly Reporting to the CEO and other stakeholders• Optimize report distribution, execution, and the scalability of all reporting solutions so they are autonomous and dynamic. • Assist in the calculation of weekly commission reports.• Bookkeeping & Invoicing• Accounting Support
