Implementation of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution)& Religious Minorities (RM) Project across the District Khairpur to create demand and awareness among the common people of the surrounding and identify the needs in connection with Legal issues, especially Women, children, Gender Base issues.
I, directly supervise and manage the implementation project Activity through community social activists and the Paralegalsteam in the implementation of planned activities and interventions in the target districts. Meanwhile also provide them with technical support to implement the activities of the project, to ensure the implementation in accordance with proposal guidelines and standards.
Lead a multi-disciplined professional Network with (Advocates of Bar councils, Union Councilors, Registers Labour Unions, Social Welfare Department, Human Right Commission, Women Protection Cell, child protection units, Communities based organizations other government departments) of all district staff in efforts to establish demand and professional awareness training on ADR methods to achieve project aim.
Developed logistical strategies and allocated resources to assess these awareness Sessions.
Planning/ Coordinating a Strategy to reach out to the communities in District Khairpur.
Planning and implementing Legal awareness programs in rural areas of Sindh with minimal assistance.
Prepare work Plans/Work schedules for all planned activities.
Identification of communities based on the strategic objectives of the program.
Conducting Legal Awareness Clinics as per planned targets.
Development of Case Studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project.
Report Writing (Events and Activates).
With strong coordination, I Keep close coordination with relevant stakeholders (Govt. line departments, district administration, clusters, and others at the district level). Organize capacity-building events (training, workshops, orientations, sessions, etc.) for implementing partner teams, communities, and beneficiaries with the technical support of sector coordinators.
Report all technical and non-technical related issues in the field in a timely manner and follow up on the procedures also conduct monthly and quarterly project planning, review, and progress meetings with the project team.
Support monitoring, evaluation, and research activities of the program and Assist the local with stakeholders both in public and private sectors, meanwhile identifying the needs and opportunities for program activities besides, facilitating in designing and developing of concept notes/proposals.Religious Minorities Legal Awareness Clinics is designed to legally empower disempowered and discriminated (Minorities) and for their humanitarian assistance. The minority community of our society as we awake them that can use their legal rights to live life joyfully, it is better truth that the people those are well responsive to the law make the best use of it.  Unluckily, the wide gap between the laws and the people’s awareness in Pakistan. To fill this backdrop/ gap, LAS introduce Legal Awareness Clinics to educate grassroots communities on their legal and human rights and builds their skills and capacities so that they can resist and prevent injustices without any hesitation.

·        Informed and enhance the knowledge of participants about the legal framework of the Court.
·         Encourage individuals from religious minorities have stood up against the injustice and unfairness taking place in their routine life.

The core object to conduct M&E in CWP-LAO Program to monitor prison, (9) Prison & 23 Courts of Sukkur Region) to conducting continuously monitoring visits of litigation process & free legal aid services provided by CWP-LAO to under trial prisoners (UTPs) for their satisfaction, client management, point of delay form LAO- Advocate. 

Coordinate and implement GRM Special in respective district of H&NCCT Program implementation by providing leadership and guidance to SPU Program Coordinator/ Directors for enactment of GRM operations, management, policies and procedures in support of the service mission to effectively.

Close coordination with World Bank consultant Members, Taskforce, Health, Social Welfare & other AAP implementing Department Special on formation of GR framework, Policies, Management information System and to promulgate of such policy and standards.

Determined the validity of issues, complaints, and allegations; prioritized and directed actions. Discretely led or conducted sensitive, complex investigations and inquiries developed investigative plans, recommended disposition; reconciled inquiries, inspections and investigations.
Coordinate in establishment of Grievance Redressal Mechanism and GRM helpline.
Arrange training for the staff of service providers and relevant stakeholders on the grievances redressal mechanism.
Provide support in the implementation of GRM Process to relevant staff and Service providers.
Supervise the GR activities including: application for the updates, grievances on quality of services provided by the partners, and claims submitted by the beneficiaries in connection with enrolment, compliance and payment process.
Produce periodical reports on the number of cases registered under GRM, resolved, notified to the applicants and pending; and identify the areas of improvement in GRM Process and ensure course correction in result of the feedback of operations review and stakeholders.

The Legal Aid Society has been working on initiatives to increase legal awareness and enhance the quality of legal services since2014, LAS also promoting access to justice, Legal empowerment specifically for vulnerable and marginalized citizens, women and religious minorities, pro bono legal service and capacity building of state actors.
Over the past two years, LAS has been working towards enhancing the delivery of justice through Court-annexed Mediation, particularly in cases related to Small Claims and Minor offenses, through ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Project.

Though this project 104 Community (728 individuals ) has been provided legal awareness on ADR and also assist them to file complaints and resolve their issue through ADR patterns and Legal Aid Call Center.

On this project platform, a Networking with a governmental organization, District Bar Council, Social Welfare Department, Human Right Commission, Women Protection Cell, Child Protection Unites, CBOs and CSOs.

1.Implementation and reporting of planned activities.
Participate in planning and budgeting, preparation of work plans, implementation of planned activities and monitoring/ reporting of progress.
Facilitate and monitor the implementation of planned activities and community level engagements.
Mobilize and facilitate the engagements of stakeholders during planning and development meetings, workshops and seminars.
Identify local level partners, Mohalla Committees to support and facilitate the partnership in the implementation of planned activities.
Support the collection and documentation of impact and success stories on monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annually.
Maintain and update FAFIN IIS MIS Database on a Activity basis.
2. Community engagement and advocacy:
Mobilize and facilitate active participation of Mohalla Committees and their communities to participate in planning, monitoring and implementation and evaluation of community development initiatives.
Facilitate the communities to set apart and regenerate community forest areas , farms and social service areas like schools and other Social Issues.
Sensitization of children on child protection.
Sensitize children, guardians/parents and other stakeholders about children’s rights and responsibilities with a view to identify child violations at School.

Enhancing Women Workers Awareness of their Rights and Labour laws was an awareness Project by USAID/ Aurat Foundation focusing on enhancing and sensitization of industrial area factory Owners, Government officials, the Chamber of Commerce, and other public-private sectors on working women\'s rights and anti-harassment at workplace Act.

Successfully Worked as Project Manager One Room Shelter (ORS) Program, Funded by DIFD, and UKAID as an implementing partner of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) where we provided technical provisions to build a DRR (Disaster Risk Reduction) resist shelter to 730 beneficiaries.

Worked in a Leading Agha Khan Development Network the First Micro Financing Bank aimed to reduce poverty, helping out a common individual to improve his leaving stander for success full life.
