key Responsibilities: Alkaram Studio Supply chain---31 retail stores Alkaram Fabrics Store Business---12 fabric stores Local Dealer/Distributor Business---20 local distributors International whole sale business---15 International distributors Alkaram E-commerce Business Managing end to end supply chain by using advance smart supply chain tools from assortment planning, to retail stores distribution and customer complain and obsoleted & unsorted inventory liquidation. Core Responsibilities: Develop “annual stock production planner” for all categories (Unstitch Women, Unstitch Men, Home, Kids, RTW, footwear, Fragrances & Accessories) month wise week wise according to annual business plan. Execute all stock orders for in-house production and outsource (both local and Import) inventory arrangements on time and ensure receiving of stock according to monthly business calendar. Ensure international standard Warehousing and timely distribution inventory within approved freight expenses.  ROL based inventory management system. Ensure correct distribution of stock to stores and monitor stores shelves inventory and timey replenishment/IST if required. Develop fulfillment model for all categories according to seasons. Local Distributor annual requirements planning, execution, warehousing and distribution. International whole sale business operation from customer order management to dispatch functions. Separate E-com annual inventory planning, warehousing, local, outstation and international dispatches. Ensures product performance and product quality feedback of each project to designers, production and management for further improvement in designs and quality.

1- Inventory/Material Management (Planning & Monitoring)
Ensure availability of right inventory at right place at right time.

a) Inventory Planning
• Development of ROL (Reorder Level) of all “Finished Goods” and “Raw Material” SKUs and dynamically restructure ROLs according to product performance/consumption.

• Daily Review of all finished goods stock levels and generate Internal Production Request to Production Department to ensure on time ordering.

• Daily Review Imported Stocks for reordering.

• Daily Review Raw Material for Reordering.

• Finished Goods & Raw Material forecasting.

• Weekly ABC Analysis (identification of all fast moving, slow moving and dead inventory) and discuss and finalize action plan with Marketing.

• Campaign Planning with Marketing for the liquidation of targeted stock.

• Custom Bonded Warehouse inventory Planning & Management

• Inventory Planning (Interwood Manufactory & Imported) according to approved forecast and ensure timely availability of stock and minimize stock outs up to the below 1%


b) Inventory Monitoring
• Monthly stock counts (100% physical Count) at all Interwood showrooms and dealers.

• Quarterly stock counts at all Interwood Warehouses.

• Daily Warehouse Inbound & Outbound activities monitoring, monthly consolidated report on warehouse activities to management.

• Weekly Replenishment Process in warehouse across Pakistan.

• Closely monitoring of customer bonded warehouse inventory according to Pakistan customer regulations.

2- Production Planning
a) Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Production Plans according to approved forecasting and current marke

b) Monitoring and Weekly reporting on SPS.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining & controlling inventory of Ideas Gul Ahmed Warehouses and Retail stores through cycle counts & monthly inventory audits in both South and North regions. Stock Distribution according to demands, forecast and sales requirements.

• To verify the accuracy of stocks in storage and transactions and report on discrepancies upon assessing the Root Cause analysis (RCA) and considering the Corrective & Preventive Action (CPA).
• Receipt & Move Audit checks

• Receiving of Incoming Containers or Shipments
• Handling of Stock Distribution.

• Evaluates the performance of immediate line staff on quarterly basis.

• Updates records on checks conducted towards compiling statistics.
• Reports on observations with valid suggestions, as the case may be.
• Identifying Potential for client complaints.
• Ensuring awareness of the Systems in place as per the IMS procedures.
• Generates Retail Pro Reports for stock and transaction checks and maintains daily records of such checks.
• Coordinates with the Quality Coordinators on the micro level for expediting resolving of pending
• Coordinates between warehouse, and operations cell for identifying Root Cause Analysis and
• Corrective & Preventive Action.
• Identifies scope for training that may have evaded the departmental heads.
• Verifies Reports forwarded by various departments for accuracy / contradictions.
• Monitor and Follow up on timely update of data on Retail Pro
• Provide fortnight activities reports to the costumer’s representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures Warehousing & Distribution SOPs and Instructions received from time to time are Complied with.
• Reviews regular reports provided by line staff, verifies data randomly, compiles as per summary requirement of GM Manager, in required time.
• Responsible for the Up keep and Safety of the Storage Systems Installed/used in the Warehouse
• Reviews the processes, effects changes and recommends revisions to Integrated Management System IMS.
• Evaluates the performance of immediate line staff on quarterly basis.
• Macro level administration of Warehouses.
• Reviews Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Preventive action for accident reports and pending recurring issues.
• Monitors Recurring Health issues, Pest Management and Sanitation Control Mechanisms periodically.
• Regular coordination with IT on WMS implementation and pending issues.
• Coordinates with the Inventory Executives regularly on all Inventory Issues.
• Reviews QA reports and take corrective actions.
• Coordinates with IT Manager and WH supervisors for new / different systems implementation.
• Provides weekly Key Performance Indicator KPI’s in summarized form to Sr. Manager.
• Ensure Execution of recommendations forwarded by QA Site Manager.
• Ensuring product integrity by monitoring shipments and expiries.
