Assisting customers with account services: Opening new accounts, processing account transactions,
updating customer information, and resolving account-related issues in compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Promoting bank products and services: Educating customers about the bank's products and services,
including deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options, and cross-selling relevant
products to meet their financial needs.
Resolving customer complaints: Addressing and resolving customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
Providing financial guidance and assistance: Assisting customers with basic financial inquiries, such as account balances, transaction history, interest rates, and loan eligibility criteria, and guiding them on financial management best practices.
Maintaining customer records: Updating and maintaining accurate customer records, documentation, and transaction logs in the bank's database systems to ensure data integrity and security.
Preparation of all cash related statements required by SBP and Head Office.
Cash receipt payment / sorting / posting.
Utility Bills collections/ Cross Branch Transactions.
Balance the cash at the end of the day
Assist in achieving the goals / targets of the branch
Ensure minimum waiting time for customers while doing cash transactions and deal each customer politely & with courtesy.
Use of Cashbooks Manage concerns and queries of customers efficiently and promptly.
