and bilateral donors including United Nations, European Union, Save The Children, ILO, Plan
International, Islamic Relief International, USAID and world. Got the opportunity to manage Punjab
education sector reform program (World Bank) in one of the main districts of Pakistan, responsibility to
upgrade Schools and implement training programmes covering 400 government primary schools.
Served Human Resource Development Network (HRDN), as Project Coordinator/Resource person. At
HRDN, in very short time, got opportunity to develop training manuals and conducted training of trainers
for staff in UNDP/CBLRP funded project named “Community Based Livelihood recovery program”.
Served Complete Human Resource Solutions (CHRS) as Manager Training & HR, At CHRS managed
different Skill enhancement and HID projects. Trained thousand of social workers, Ngo staff and
community members in different skills as freelance consultant with different national and International
organizations. Resource person for peace building and interfaith harmony training session in conflicted
areas of Pakistan and Kashmir.
