Support a group of 240 young boys and their school to bridge their learning gap in a span of 2 years
Collect data regarding demographics, ethnicities, languages, family income, and family background through field visits
Program Management and Stakeholder Management
Initiate, monitor and evaluate a community partnership project with an under-resourced school in Tarnol in order to strengthen teacher support and to provide training to 20 teachers to bridge the learning gap of students
Track and report on KPIs in alignment with the Monitoring Plan.
Collaborate with multiple NGO’s i.e., Fredrick Ebert Stiftung, Rozan, Gogi studios, and Science Fuse
Manage logistics, quotations, and market surveys for Teacher Training Project at Tarnol
Develop proposals, budgets,Gantt charts, log frame analysis, needs assessments for the project
Update stakeholders, conducted meetings and check ins to keep them up to date
Stakeholder Management and Liaison
Collaborate with multiple NGO’s, governmental Organizations, individual donors and corporates for over two years for community development projects at Golra
Update stakeholders and donors regarding project progress through emails, reports and check ins
Reach out to diverse set of stakeholders in order to fundraise, receive pro bono services, and grants
Digital content Reviewer with the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training
Review videos for “Tele School” and “Radio School” under the “Actions to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Educational Program” (ASPIRE)
Maintain long term partnerships with politicians and prepared presentations for them
Draft letters, invitations, and reports for Pakistan’s ally countries
Formulate reports on the annual budget of 2022 and meetings at the assembly
Receive guest politicians and ensured their transport, flights and maintained database
