Store Manager
Responsibly- 1.Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the agreed parameters and in a timely manner.2.Responsibility for stock requisitions and the in-stock levels within the agreed inventory parameters.3.Working with production staff to maintain quality and deal with rejected or faulty stock.4.Making improvements that will result in reduced stock levels, shorter lead times and lower cost of sales.5.Liaising with planners and production staff to balance their needs.6.Complete all necessary stock takes.7.Maintain the storeroom and the allocation of space for stock.8.Maintain store/merchandising standards as described in our merchandising standards manual this includes stock management, cleaning, shelf/ stock presentation, shelf ticketing.
Data Entry
Responsiblty- 1.Manual entering and verification of customer records and orders. 2.Creating reports for management.3.Running statistical analysis on data batches. Being the first point of contact for data-related queries.4.Dealing with customers and clients via email and telephone.5.Assisting with the investigation and rectification of system errors.6.Data input and manipulation in Excel spreadsheets and Access databases.7.Ensuring the Data Protection Act is adhered to at all times.
