RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø Facilitate the team of Emergency as well as Project requirement, working in different clusters in field.
Ø Develop work plan of the project activities and monitor the progress against the activities of WFP Assessment for cash Disbursement project.
Ø Verify and collecting data from beneficiaries.
Ø Entry beneficiaries’ data on Software provided from organization.
Ø Cash Disbursement on Cash point.
Ø Verifying & Process beneficiaries’ payments.
Ø Supervision and Management Staff & Beneficiaries.
Ø Office Management work.
Ø Beneficiary forms Entered In Excel based sheets
Ø Cross check forms and highlighted errors.
Ø Maintain handing/taking records on daily basis.
Ø Verify Hard and soft entries physically on daily basis.
Ø Create a backup file of data sheets on daily basis.
Ø Entries record will be share with supervisor
Ø Check and clean the data
Ø Create tokens and Ration sheets on monthly basis
Ø Check the quality of the data to be entered and share with supervisor
