Perform daily monitoring and management and also create and update documentation on Portal
Conduct vulnerability assessments and respond to security incidents.
Prepare regular reports on network performance, incidents, and improvements.
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime of VMs and operating Vcenter for rebooting and migrating the Virtual Machines If required.
Provide 24x7 network operations support in a team on a rotation and on-call basis.
Monitoring all to Level-1 technical programs (WAF, e-Sight, Oracle OEM, Zabbix, PRTG, Critical URLs) and provide technical support for same. Analyze and isolate issues.
Rectification of password changing, blocking/Whitelisting IPs, MAC binding and monitoring tunnels and ISP's Links Functionalities on Firewall. Blocking of all VPNs as per instructed by Management and Restoring after verification.
Coordination with the ISPs, vendors, and Corporate offices for early restoration of Critical Links/Network Connectivity.

Installing, maintaning , updating , patching windows, Linux servers and securing Exchange server
