Key Responsibilities:

➢ Statutory audits of financial statements under Applicable Financial Reporting Framework (AFRF)- (IFRS and local regulations);
➢ Liaising with, and developing good working relationships with the client to deliver engagement expectations;
➢ Training and coaching of team members;
➢ Review of the work performed by junior team member and preparing the deliverables for manager and partner review;
➢ Coordinating with third party professionals such as actuaries, independent valuators, lawyers and information technology experts;
➢ Assisting clients in preparation of financial statements and group reporting packages in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and local corporate laws and directives of regulatory authorities;
➢ Discussing with client’s management the significant matters including recommendations to address the identified issues;
➢ Evaluating internal control system implemented by management and reporting on any deficiencies identified, through a channel of proper documentation;
➢ Providing non-assurance advisory services such as implementation of risk management and control frameworks in client organizations, calculation investments performance related returns, assisting in valuations performed by client and assisting in various management tasks outsourced to us;
➢ Assisting clients on risk identification and recommendations in the form of “Management Letter” to add value to engagements; and
➢ Promoting firm’s quality control procedures and policies to ensure compliance with independence and ethical requirements as issued by IFAC.
