• Prepare day to day reports on all on-going recruitment initiatives.
• Receive & Dispatch incoming and outgoing HR documents from company offices.
• Provide HR Documents required for on-going audits
• Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and employee benefits.
• Maintain positive work environment by resolving all day-to-day HR issues.
• Daily attendance management on attendance management software.
• Attachment of emails and employee documents in MIS and update resignations.
• Exit management including clearance, exit interview, exit checklist and final settlement.
• Absconders follow up and issuance of show cause notices to absconder
• Making Payroll sheets, reconcile payroll discrepancies, and making salary adjustments.
