o Pattern Tracing Of Shoe Product As Per Material Measurements (Rexene) Samples in Graph Paper & Gboss Software.o Calculate the Product Cost from Pattern Tracing.o Verify Physically Costing Material VS Actual Material Laser and Press Separately.o Control Material & Chemical Wastage For Cutting, Closing, Lasting & Production Departments. o Enter Material & Chemical Consumption from Job Order Sheets As Per Order Plain.o Transfer Costing from Cutting, PPC, Pricing & Development Departments etc.o Ensure cutting will be complete with all component of that article in my consumption.o Make Analysis on Consumptions of Materials that has been Consumed by sent articles and coordinate with concern materials person.o Specs and sample verify for Cutting Data Entry.o Costing Problem-solving from All departments.o Maintaining standard Costing of Raw Materials.o Checking material quality.o Sample planning.
