1) Prepare proposals in accordance with the client's requirements & inspection capabilities.2) Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.3) Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates.4) Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.5) Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.6) Detailed review of tender / RFQ documents.7) Generate RFQs and prepare procurement plan as per project requirements.8) Prepare offers in timely manner with technically compliant cost effective solutions.9) Follow up with customer for timely acquisition of orders.
