I was hired as Project based HSE Engieer by an EPC Company  Trade Tacts International (Pvt) Ltd (TTI) in Novmber, 2021. Company deployed me on its different projects in different cities. First of all I was deployed at Islamabad Greenfield Project with Coca Cola Internationa (CCI), Hattar Industrial State, Hari Pur, Hazara, KPK. Secondly TTI transferd me on its other EPIC proj at FMC United, Lahore and thirdly I was appointed by the company on its another Maintenance and Overhauling project at Lotte Akhter Beverage, PepsiCo, Lahore. Durin my employment period my responsiblities were as under:-  

·         Assume personal responsibility to insure safe and healthy workplace for everyone.
·         Identify site’s hazards, non-conformances, take corrective and preventive actions and bring them to the immediate attention of site supervision and record.
·         Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and incorporate safety and health in all Fabrication / Maintenance and Overhauling jobs Implement and ensure all precautionary measures to prevent fire occurrence.
·         Produce pertinent toolbox talks with the assistance of responsible supervision including the identification of proactive and reactive site issues for communication to the workforce and collection of constructive feedback.
·         Insure compliance with OSHA regulations as well as other governmental agencies at Fabrication Workshop and Project Sites.
·         Ensure all persons are trained in fire prevention practices and use of fire extinguishing equipment.
·         Maintain a register of Fire Aiders and ensure the recalibration schedule is maintained. Also the adequate provision of First-Aid and welfare facilities.
·         Carry out physical inspection of fire extinguishers, hose real, nosels and hydrants etc.
·         Ensure timely maintenance of firefighting equipment.
·         Ensure marking, highlight and segregate area in different fire sectors.
·         Work closely with Clients Engineering and Facilities on special projects involving plant construction, equipment design, and hazardous assessments.
·         Implement and ensure Emergency evacuation plan.
·         Closely monitor high risk activities, confined space entry, gas testing and air monitoring, lifting activities, work at height, movement of abnormal loads etc.
·         Investigate unsafe acts and conditions and provide solutions to prevent recurrences.
·         Performed sound organizational management and administrative duties.
·         Train and ensure that all workforce is aware of OSH Policy.
·         Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.

     I was appointed as EHS/Civil Supervisor by a well reputable consultant company OMS Pvt Ltd and detailed at 100MW ZHENFA Sollar Powre Project, Layyah. Pakistan. Here I was responsible to  ensure all HSE processes and procedures are implemented and standardized across all the involved work activities. Support and ensure implementation of ZHENFA NEW ENERGY approved EHS Policies and procedures. Ensure compliance to all determined standards of ZHENFA NEW ENERGY for all EHS and Civil Works activities. Work closely with EPC’s Engineering and Facilities on special projects involving plant construction, equipment design, and hazardous assessments. Track EPC health and safety metrics and use the data to identify and to reduce risks.
     I was also resposible to identify all types of hazards and provide control measures to ensure maximum safety. To assist in all aspects of incident investigation including verifying root cause and approving the implementation of preventative actions. Monitor and ensure all accidents, complaints and cases of ill health are documented, investigated and improvements are implemented by EPC. Maintains current working knowledge of all applicable HSE/Civil Works regulations.Get familiar with all aspects of the project, from structural drawings to budgets to deadlines. Make sure all parties are doing what they are supposed to do, and carry out visual inspections of work completed. If construction affects the activity of the general public, figure out adjustments, such as rerouting traffic as per ZHENFA NEW ENERGY approved SOPs. 
     As a Civil Supervisor it was my duty to make sure the work being performed is structurally sound from start to finish. Supervise/monitor excavation process and ensure implementation of ZHENFA NEW ENERGY approved procedures. Monitor and supervise soil preparation activities of different working areas and ensure FD Test as per ZHENFA NEW ENERGY approved standards. Ensure safety and compliance on ZHENFA NEW ENERGY approved BBS in all mashing activities and provide assistance to Civil Engineers during inspection/verification. Maintain a close liaison between groups, such as carpenters, steel fixers and pipefitters etc. Supervise and witness to all laboratory equipment calibrations. Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.

     Al-Huda Constructions appointed me as an Environment Health and Safety Officer on its projetc at DHA, Phase-II, Islamabad. My designated responsibilities on the site were to  assess risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations and take appropriate control measures. Take active part in preparing the Job Safety Analysis of all work activities. Conduct toolbox talks and obtain the Work permit from client DHA Islamabad before starting the job daily. I implemented and ensured compliance on all HSE standards at workplace.  Ensure safe and secure environment for workers, visitors and contractors at worksite. 
     I was to inspect and verify the serviceability of all fire extinguishers in the premises. Ensure the availability of fire blanket and trained fire watcher during cutting, grinding and welding jobs. Arrange and ensure the trainings of workers to enhance their skills. Ensure in time inspection and safe use of scaffold. Train and ensure that all workforce is aware of OSH Policy. Arrange and ensure Proper use of PPE’s by all workers. Implement and ensure compliance on all local DHA standards.

      I was appointed as Environment Health and Safety Supervisor by a reputable Vendor Zam Zam Associate (ZZA) on its runnig construction project at PEPSICO Multan. There I was responsible for effective implementation of HSE Policy of client PEPSICO Multan and ZZA.Ensure to provide HSE Orientation for new employees in co-ordination with learning and development centre PEPSICO. Arrangements of all facilities and equipment (Safety shelter, safety store, water stations, eye wash stations, first aid kits, BA trolleys, fire extinguishers) as per PEPSICO approved map. Effective implementation of PTW System as per PEPSICO requirements and procedures.
       I also ensured compliance to all determined standards of PEPSICO for all HSE activities. Administered and conducted all Emergency Response activities (Emergency Exit signage, Emergency response procedures, Emergency Drills) and recommended improvements as per requirement. Inspected all contract equipment as per PEPSICO requirement and ensured compliance to all HSE requirements. Conducted tool box talks and safety awareness meetings on daily and weekly basis with ZZA employees and PEPSICO. Developed and implemented traffic management system as per PEPSICO requirements.
       I also made arrangements and management of safety signage zone and marshalling point’s maps at designated spots as per PEPSICO requirements. Effective monitoring and supervision of erection and dismantling of scaffold. Effective supervision of welding, cutting and grinding.  Strictly maintained high standard of housekeeping and waste management as per PEPSICO requirements and procedures. Auditing PTW executions, check lists, log sheets and third party certificates on daily basis and preparing reports for PEPSICO.  Investigated all accidents and near misses for route cause and put forward recommendation to prevent reoccurrence.

I joined Pakistan Air Force as an Airman. I have rendered 25 years of meritorious service. I was deployed all over the country during entire tenure of the service. I performed all different types and nature of jobs assigned to me with passion and devotions. Some of those are enlisted below:-
