Being a Mechanical Engineer, I am passionate to join the rapidly growing firms offering services in my areas of interest. I have keen interests in the oil and gas sector of Pakistan, automobile manufacturing industries, fertilizers, and cement production units, and power generation companies. I am having experience in the maintenance, overhauling, and production department and will love to work with organizations that can give me a practical exposure to the industry.
I have done a two-week internship at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra, which is the largest aircraft manufacturer in Pakistan, serving the armed forces in rebuilding aircraft and producing avionics for 5 decades. At Aircraft Rebuild Factory (ARF) at PAC Kamra, I have learned the following main skills:
– Manufacturing Process: Got experience in the manufacturing industry and explored my areas of interest.
– Safety Standards: Practiced the local and international safety standards for the safe working of machines.
– Rebuilding of Aircraft: Engaged in the rebuilding process of aircraft after the completion of their flying hours.
During my 6 weeks internship at the Wah Transmission Office of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), I got the following main skills:
– Technical Skills: Applied engineering knowledge to solve gas compression problems at different sites.
– HSE: Learned about the safety protocols of SNGPL regarding health, safety, and environment on-site and office.
– Problem Solving: Coordinated with a group of 10 people in solving the low pressure and high UFG problems.
– Technical Report Writing: Compiled a professional technical report to summarize the internship experience.
