 Work under the guidance and supervision of Project Manager
 Responsible for overall management of Biological control laboratories established at different sites. Responsible for coordination between NEFRs and biological control laboratories for establishment of different natural enemies of targeted crops.
 Responsible for mass rearing of beneficial insects for the support to main NEFRs.  Update the performance based progress to project Manager and biocontrol specialist
 To manage the associated staff at biological control laboratories.
 Data collection on predators / Parasitoids / Insect Pest and technical report writing.
 Assist the NEFR Specialist and capacity building specialist in execution of training program
 Support project technical team in organizing field days, workshops and overall project projections.
 Develop manuals / leaflet / brochures with the support of NEFR specialist and Communication Development specialist.
 Coordinating project level events, trainings and field days as necessary.
 Record keeping of project activities (Technical/Financial/administration/training etc).

Participate in training delivered by project donor accredited trainer and attend any subsequent refresher training as required by BCI.
 Ensure that all facilitators are trained by a BCI accredited trainer/PU on key principal crop protection, water, soil, natural habitats, fiber quality & decent work, post-harvest losses.
 Develop a continuous improvement plan and review progress on annual basis.
 Develop a protocol to identify workers on the farm and train them on all relevant aspects of Decent Work (DW).
 Set up an appropriate data management system.
 Identify and address issues/risks associated with implementation/ potential non-compliance.
 Plan/Enforce implementation of corrective actions resulting from monitoring activities.
 Conduct internal assessment on 10% of the Learning Group (LG) for smallholder farmers.
 Ensure that training materials are available for facilitators and formers to cover all the minimum production criteria.
 Complete self-assessment 4 weak before the beginning of harvest and submit to Project Co

 Develop monitoring schedule, arrange frequent monitoring visits, and report accordingly to PC.
