- Lead team of Networks, System Infrastructure, IT Support , ERP, Software and Security team.

- Group wide Monitoring & Management of Systems Infrastructure including hardware, Software’s, Wi-Fi solutions, Networks and Data Center to make sure all services are running in an efficient way.

- Ensure documentation of IT policies & procedures, security and disaster recovery.

- Responsible and lead team at Group level to perform quarterly risk assessments of all IT Services including security, ERP and software’s for risk mitigation and ensure compliance of data confidentially and integrity.

- Responsible to plan, design and install new IT Infrastructure and security solutions in line with business requirement to be completed in planned timeline and budget through an approved vendors.

- Preparation & Management of CAPEX & OPEX budgets with cost-effective solutions.

- Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, code and regulations.

- Ensure business continuity with reference to Disaster Recovery policy, in line with scheduled MOC exercises.

- Ensure smooth running of all Servers and their backups including Oracle EBS R12.

- Responsible for Oracle EBS R12 patching, cloning and other technical tasks as required.

- Approval and vendor & product selection for IT equipment purchasing.

- Deployment of IT Infrastructure & customized applications.- Preparation & execution of IT policies and their compliances.- Co‐ordination with other departments to properly evaluate the customized applications design, requirementfulfilment and feedback to improve business efficiency.- Preparation & Management of CAPEX & OPEX Budgets.- Training of concern departments for customized applications & other IT related projects as per requirement.- Any other task given by the Management.
