My work experience came from the grass root level, due to spending more than 3 years at field. I am in the process to mastery my observation skills and strengthening my report writing. Spending much time at field it had helped me to improve my communication skills to the advance level.

Project funded by UNHCR for Urban Cohesion Hub
◦ Awareness sessions on Sexual and gender base violence, its types and its effect to Refugees and Host community
◦ GBV Segment was quite a challenge, no sufficient research and material was available.
◦ Building of working mechanism and proposed possible solution for GBV prevention in the given clusters and as general.
◦ Case Management of the GBV survivors and possible services that can be provided.
◦ Assisting Coordinator in the Projection and Management of the project and generation of Weekly and Monthly reports.
◦ Presented slides, sessions and liaisoning with the Partner Organization on GBV and child rights.
◦ Coordination and Communicating with UNHCR Protection team on GBV cases.
◦ Giving Psycho-social aid to the victims of GBV.
◦ Building of Referral Mechanism with referral partner organizations on GBV response.
◦ Capacity building of Staff on the GBV sensitization and Preventions.
Field Monitor/ Data Person
Field monitoring and Data Assessment for EPI (Expended Program on Immunization) and EOC (Emergency Operation Center) in District Killa Abdullah, Chaman, Pishin and Quetta.
Monitored EOA (Enhance Outreach Activities), ED (Experimental Dispensaries), CVC (Covid Vaccination Center), and ZD Zero Dose door to door validation.
Exclusive experience in Public Health and Immunization Field Worked on digitization of EPI Sites mapping.
Social Mobilizer
As a social mobilizer worked on enhancing the capacity of population on Child Immunization.
