Looking after drafting, preparing/revising letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, and amendments. Act as the point of contact with escrow officers, review closing packages, coordinate internal comments/approvals/signatures. Keeping an eye on the calendaring of and compliance with transactional deadlines. Review preliminary reports and exceptions for accuracy and issues; guide the preparation of title objection notices and responses. Primary responsibility for compiling and disseminating due diligence materials. Develop written procedures and mitigate disclosure risks.
