Experienced Humanitarian Specialist with a demonstrated professional history of working in complex Humanitarian Emergencies and Natural Disasters, delivering aid and providing access to services to the most vulnerable populations. I have completed multiple response ventures and executed over 120 short- and long-term USAID Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA), Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), ECHO and multiple donors financed WASH, Food Security and Livelihoods, Transitional Shelters, NFIs distributions, Nutrition and Health integrated interventions across the country.
· Responsible for smooth implementation of all on-going WaterAid Pakistan emergency response projects focused on WASH being implemented across Pakistan, ensuring activities as per agreed project plans and contract agreements with the implementing partners, Ensure timely and efficient spending of the allocated budgets
· Lead the development of new project proposals for emergency response and post-emergency recovery projects and provide support and mentoring to the implementing partners in developing, designing, and implementing project activities
· Ensure that the project outputs including hardware and software components are delivered according to the agreed organizational programme quality standards
· Conduct regular monitoring and support visits to project sites and communities to ensure smooth progress.
· Conduct regular project review meetings with the implementing partner and WAP programme team, preparing quality and timely reporting of the project activities for donors and WaterAid

Under this role I am responsible for responsible leading on development of emergency response strategies and response designing, planning and designing of projects and devising implementation strategies, provide technical inputs on tools for assessment, partners selection and capacity building plans development of the potential organizations working in disaster prone areas. Designed the six Health, WASH and Livelihoods projects in the highly affected areas of COVID-19, developed the Project Implementation and community engagement strategy to work in the COVID-19 affected communities, remote monitoring of project and activities. Due to restrictions on movement the online training modules were developed for the newly approved projects staff to ensure and adhere donor compliance.
· Lead on coordination and liaison with Government offices, UN agencies, various I/NGOs and local partners and facilitation of donor’s delegates and stakeholders
· Manage all programmatic, financial, administrative and logistical responsibilities for all program activities and ensure compliance with RAPID fund /OFDA standards and operating modalities. Managed, supervised, supported, appraised and set yearly objectives of the staff reporting to this position
· Supported team in development of grants for 22 million USD from USAID/OFDA for multi-sector interventions with focus on cash based intervention, Nutrition, WASH, Shelter, coordination
· Appraised 300 grants application, selected, monitored, evaluated, supported and built capacity of 52 sub granted projects of 35 partners I/NGOs for complex emergency, conflict affected IDPs, drought, flood and earthquake response
· Managed grants worth 15 million USD with the support of 35 local and international organizations across the country, and in conflict affected FATA region (returnees / post-conflict response), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (displaced people), Balochistan and Sindh drought affected communities
· Assigned special task of donor reporting and capacity building activities for one dedicated year. Developed weekly update system, complaint response mechanism and sub-grantee orientation/induction modules for the approved grants using versatile training approaches, introducing innovative ideas and feedback mechanism system

· In addition, our team completed the rehabilitation of 40 Water supply schemes for 2005 Earthquake affected communities, Installed 350 Hand Pumps and Pressure Pumps in drought affected areas funded by Qatar Charity, Muslim Aid (HQ) and private donors.
