Administrative Support
Manage day to day group wide administrative operations in areas such as transportation,
horticulture, sanitation, medical services, logistics, fleet management, travel, facilities management, maintenance, front desk and security management; Provide overall administrative support to the Group;
Assure development of admin related Sops; Maintain effective relationships with regulatory bodies & local authorities; Ascertain timely renewals of admin contracts; Maintain cost effective relationships with suppliers & vendors;
Supervise general housekeeping at all PG facilities; Inventory management pertaining to stationery, grocery & toiletry items; Ensure timely submission of monthly Security dues, Office
Utility Bills & other dues in coordination with Accounts.
Oversee timely payment of the monthly/quarterly rent for the various PG locations; Negotiate favorable terms of rental agreements and ensure timely renewal, as and when required;
Assist in planning and managing events and provide assistance in event management at all PG facilities; Ensure energy conservation and cost saving;
Good understanding of preparing and monitoring annual admin budgets (capex and opex)& insurances
Management of third party contracts for janitorial/horticulture or any other outsourced services
Leave and attendance management of all PG employees
Reporting of admin, safety and security data and different financial analysis for BOD meetings and PG management reviews on monthly and quarterly basis, or as per requirement;
Travel & Accommodation:
Manage the air travel, road transportation and hotel bookings of PG employees and Company
guests; Ensure that all bookings are made at cost effective rates; Oversee the duties of the
Medical Officer particularly in verification of employee medical claims.
