Working as Human Resource Officer.
• Conduction interview, recruiting and vetting new staff.
• Arranging training session with all new hires.
• Counseling staff on HR policies, practice, and procedures.
• Support all internal and external HR Related inquiries or requests.

• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

• Interview medical issue, File receiving, call for joining & data maintain and Training Orientation.
• Making Employee personal file,
• Long term loan, short term loan, Advanced salary etc.
• Family addition & deletion in Decibel (HR System) data maintain for Jubilee health Insurance Cards.
• Attendance downloading, posting & uploading.
• Attendance report sent to all department & verify attendance repot.
• Employees card printing & Attendance scanning.
• Manage Shift Roster.
• Coordinate with all floor nominated person & solved all employee’s issue.
