AKES operates over 200 schools and advanced educational programs that provide quality preschool, primary, secondary, and higher secondary education services to more than 85,000 students in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Kenya, Uganda, Afghanistan, Tanzania, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, and Mozambique My job description in AKESP Team is as under.
•   Developed the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning System in AKESP
•  Led and managed organisational activities pertaining to monitoring and evaluation (M&E), resource mobilization and strategic partnerships
•   Developed M&E frameworks and tools and coordinated with field teams to track project indicators on access and quality to education

I have worked as a field monitoring Officer as a third-party monitor for UNICEF Pakistan. I was responsible to monitor projects of the Health, Education, and Nutrition programs of UNICEF which were in Lahore, Faisalabad, Kasur Layyah, and Bhakkar. My job responsibilities were as follows.
• Monitor Health Projects, Nutrition Projects, Child-Friendly Schools, Brick Kiln Projects, and Young Champion projects.
• Development of monitoring Plans 
• Meeting with Implementing Partners.
• To scrutinize the difference between the dispatched supplies with that in the stock.
• To monitor the documentation of health and education project 
• To observe and report corporal punishment in school
• To identify child labor cases
• To observe whether the food nutrition (CMAM program) reaches the beneficiaries
