Nurture a positive working environment
Develop and manage a performance appraisal system of the employees
Answer Queries by employees & Clients
Deal with all government agencies (SESSI, EOBI, Labor Department etc) taking Management into confidence. Maintain Record of the Same.
Admin Responsibilities
Managing office equipment and office management tools. Interact, negotiate & settle issues with all outsiders IT Provider companies, taking management into confidence.
Manage office supplies stock and place orders. Oversee scanning, copying, filing &maintenance of these machines, etc. Record of sanitization material & distribution. Supervise House Keeping in Office / Factory
Distribute and maintenance a record of correspondence documents (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
Arrange field force / office staff travelling and accommodation in consultation with departmental head.
Schedule in-house and external events in consultation with Management
Organize and supervise other office activities (etc, Oversee renovations & repairs, oversee other office events.)
