Working as an Operations Manager (People) at one of the most iconic app, "The Entertainer" in its Lahore Office. I am looking all the Employee operational activities, Employee Benefits, compensations, Employee relations activities in full capacity and directly reporting to the Head Quatres under Chief of Human Resource Officer.
Before this I was working in Asia's largest Manufacturing Plant of Nestle as a Specialist- Site Operations and doing great human resource stuff there on HRSG (Third Party) Payroll.
My academic career have MBA (Management) in 2015 B.Com (Hons) with 3.54 CGPA From University of Lahore.

Workforce Management Supervision:
1. Responsible for managing HRSG Outsourcing employee’s daily attendance deputed at client site Which leads towards Verified Normal Hours Worked, Verified Overtime Calculation and Leave Record activities in an efficient manner and;
- to prepare and provide input for payroll disbursement on agreed timelines
- to prepare and submit monthly bills accordingly.
2. Verify daily attendance (& OT) sheets from Plant / Department Client Designated concerns/representatives (HOD / TL / Supervisor).
3. Responsible for Attendance Machines Operations
Monitoring, Supervising and Execution of work:
Responsible for supervising and smooth execution of assigned work;
1. Allocation of resource and Execution of work as per agreed standards
2. To maintain Daily Attendance input (including Leaves & OT) of HRSG Staff.
3. To verify attendance from respective plant/Department.
(after verification of IRIS & Face Scanning {in-out}) on daily basis for payroll and Billing.)
4. To maintain Leaves Applications/reports and update HRSG staff record on daily basis.
5. Report immediately any in-discipline / error during work and rectify on daily basis.
6. To coordinate with Other Associated to verify monthly bill & attendance with concerned department.
7. To prepare Monthly exposed hours for regular employees and report accordingly.
8. To maintain Monthly compliance data and report accordingly.
9. To provide monthly absenteeism record to concerned person for disciplinary action.
10. Maintain up-to-date Master Decibel database of all HRSG employees and make sure the data matches with Original Documents of Employees.
11. To maintain record of signed/verified Attendance Sheet for Payroll and Billing for further execution of Salary disbursement and final submission of bill after submission of Bill coordinate with Client HR & Finance for verification if required and facilitate accordingly
