Responsible to generate marketing & sales activity in the specified markets by communicating with clients, providing presentations as per customer NIC (need, interest & concern) for generating sales
Attend local industrial fairs in order to build strong relationship/contact with customer to generate more business
Keep liaison with customers on regular basis even though no business is currently being produced by them, in order to establish good connections for future business relationship
Monitor competitors' products sales, pricing, market intelligence & activities to understand the competitor moves
To get involved in the development of Industrial fairs branding and marketing stuff e.g. Brochures, Greeting card, Marketing letters etc.
Keep liaising with clients regarding follow-up the offers, negotiation and finalizing the order
Keep liaison with customer for commercial / technical terms to be fulfilled
keep liaison with customer regarding their running orders - start ( order received ) to end (successfully installed at site ) also includes -After Sales Support
Deal with all kind of inquiries from clients. Selection of the inquiries as per our scope of work & current work load & coordinate with concerned department for necessary action
Proceed the inquiries to estimation, design and other departments through ERP for items cost calculation, delivery estimation and other technical specifications
Review the estimated cost (cost work sheet), delivery schedule and technical specification given by the concern departments and - Preparation of quotation /offer letter and share with the customer - Review the clients purchase order, and keep liaising with clients for any detail required for all items to be ordered
To make liaison b/w customers and QG department for feedback & technical queries like-scope of work, drawing clarification etc
Coordinate with concerned department for the follow-up of all the running projects and share order's progress report with customer
To Visit Heavy Industries Taxila, Pakistan in tender opening for new development or for technical clarification of the existing order
Develop improvements in inspections methods to improve product quality
Final inspection of supplies for dimensions, visual quality, missing operations, quality of finish & adherence to customer drawing requirements
Visit the manufacturing site to check whether all works, materials, equipment, are in accordance with QA/QC program, parts drawing & specification
Attend the daily production meeting and discus the queries in process line of machining of component, casting queries, delivery schedule and problems related to production
Weekly/Monthly visit to Millat Tractor Lahore / Heavy Industries Taxila, Pakistan for checking & improvements of our casted and machined product.
