I am a motivated Mechanical Engineer, whose performance has always been driven by the intrigue for innovation and practical learning. My aim is to utilize the knowledge gained in a responsible manner, resulting in a value addition to the organization and to reach the apex of my career in the process.
I am armed with creativity, leadership qualities, confidence and good communication skills. I have gained industrial experience by working as an internee engineer at DESCON Engineering Ltd., Pakistan Oilfields Ltd., Attock Refinery Ltd. Pak Elektron Ltd.
I have 500 hours of Community Services under my belt and also worked as a president of ASME UET Taxila Chapter, where I have to stay in touch with all the local chapters of ASME in Pakistan and represented my chapter internationally. I am always ready to learn new things, to mold myself according to the requirements, to accept new challenges and to unleash the limits.

• Major Inspection (Rotor Out) of GE 6FA Gas Turbine at Halmore Power Generation Company.
• Good understanding of CCPP, GE Frame 6FA & 9E Gas Turbines, and HRSG System.
• Managed resources, planning activities, and keep a record of timesheets during outage activities.
• Observed Major Maintenance of Jenbacher Gas Engine and prepared Pre-Risk Assessment Form.
Internee Engineer
• Worked with Mohmand Dam Hydropower Project (MDHP) Planning & Cost Control Team.
• Gained hands-on experience on SAP PS and keep track of KPIs, resulting in maximizing performance.
• Created Base Planning Objects and Work Progress plans, ensuing better project controls.
• Developed Equipment Efficiency Report. This results in cutting down of equipment Operations Cost.
• Planned Project Activities on P6 and keep track of actual quantities for better resource management.

It was a workover at Pariwali, well # 01 where, I was trained on Rig, detailed; Continental EMSCO D3, Type II with twin GE 752 DC motor input (each having 1000 HP). I performed the following activities there,
• Took part in Preventive Maintenance of Mud tanks and its agitators.
• Studied different components of Blow Out Preventor, it\'s working and operation.
• Analyzed Preventive Maintenance and different components of Plunger Type Triplex Mud Pump.
Internee Engineer
Underwent detailed study and analysis of Screw pump, reciprocating pump, Plunger pump, steam pump & Diaphragm pump.
Closely analyzed corrective maintenance of Shell & Tube heat exchanger.
Studied different types of compressors, boilers, valves and cooling towers.
Studied SCADA system, cooling system and maintenance of diesel generators and their heat recovery unit.
Learned mechanisms involved in distillation of different types of crudes.
Internee Engineer
Calculated lead time, cycle time and bottleneck in production line of refrigerators.
Analyzed the procedures and steps in optimizing the production.
Studied properties Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and suggested possible solutions for the protection of ABS Sheets.
Understood working and process of plastic sheet extrusion, plastic injection molding and thermoforming.
Analyzed designing of conveyor belts and how they can be used to gain time delays by simple alterations.
