Managed a team of 6 Territory Sales Officers and was responsible for half of Karachi city, main
areas including, Defense/Clifton, Old City/Nazimabad/F.B.Area/North Karachi in terms of

Managed target setting for territories and assisted RSM in making Distributor Business Plans and
the appointment and termination of distributors.
Successfully launched new brands Sunny & Hayat
Rolled out complete plan of launching new snacks products (Veezo & Kryzo).
Inducted new sales team from Karachi to Peshawar and managed the sales and distribution
network nationally including appointing distributors.
Responsible for Managing a team of 5 Area sales managers and 30 Territory sales officers
generating a turnover of PKR 30million.
Hands on management of all the BTL activities in Unilever portfolio, including hiring of Agencies
and training of staff as well as managing the costing of any specific Activation.
Strategy and planning for successful launch of wheel washing powder and Vim dish washing bar
Managed sales and distribution network from Sadiqabad to Bahawalnagar
Responsible for managing 4 sales officer and 20 distributors generating monthly turnover of PKR
40 million.
