I have established a solid professional experience of 7 years working with different national development organizations I have experienced virtually all aspects of development sector in the last 7 years. During my professional life, I did M Phil in sociology and researched on the Role of social Mobilization in a Social Development from National college of Business administration Economics (NCBAE) Multan Pakistan. Since 2015, I have been accumulated diverse working experience in the fields of Project Implementation, Resource mobilization, social mobilization, quality assurance, Report writing, Training, Liaison development and coordination with stakeholders and. My areas of expertise are following Project implementation and execution, conflict management, People management, Presentation and coordination, implementation and brought new innovations, community coaching and mentoring, problem-solving skills

The overall purpose of the project is to ensure the restoration of l water, sanitation and hygiene services in communities (which are safely managed, climate-resilient, shock-responsive) and institutions, benefiting 105,000 flood affected people (including men, women, boys, girls, elderly people and people with disability) in Rajanpur district of Punjab.
To begin with baseline survey of target communities, and continue to monitor social change and new social information relevant to community empowerment.
To assess the needs and resources required for the sanitation and hygiene promotion in the target areas.
To identify stakeholders, potential leaders, influential, decision makers/opinion makers in the working area
To motivate and encourage potential leaders to talk to their fellow community members about unity and self-reliance.
To initiate actions aimed at breaking down passivity, apathy and attitudes of letting others do things for themselves
To conduct in Behaviour Change Communication Campaign (BCC Campaign) in light of Clean and Green, PATS+ guidelines.
To provide community leaders with management skills and knowledge (about CLTS and hygiene) in getting community members interested, organized and motivated.
Maintaining good relations with communities, notables and local contact persons to involve them in programme activities and seek their support wherever required
Assist in developing a social mobilization strategy and spatial planning for QC Programme
Develop profile of the villages/area
Coordinate closely with the programme team for timely implementation of QC interventions
