Supplier evaluation and allergen validation monitoring and internal food safety inspection. Involved in product testing of bread, snack and cake products, verification of quality and analytical process, supplier audits, internal and external audits, GMP’s & Food Safety inspections, SOP documentation and implementation, Customer complaints handling, FIFO implementation, verification of process line cleaning and maintain product quality to meet customer satisfaction. Experience of product testing in laboratory such as salt determination, FFA, POV, moisture, pH, ash, proficiency testing and moisture determination. Leading quality department and lab team.
