 Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
 Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable
employees and monitoring the project team.
 Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
 Developing specifications for the project\'s needed equipment.
 Prepare and review plans and check construction for conformance with standards and
specifications
 Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
 Ensuring the project\'s compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies,
performance standards, and specifications.
 Make EHS plan for project and highlight HSE compliance during site activities.
 Quality control of all Civil Engineering items, including stage wise inspections up to
completion.
 Execute risk management processes and construction frameworks and Provide risk-
based technical assessments.

 Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and
executing multiple tasks and projects.
 Prepare estimates, as well as on-site visit reports and project progress reports.
 Provide technical assistance to architects, engineers, contractors, and others
 Plan and manage civil site work, including grading, clearing, and drainage of sites,
roads, and utilities.
 Identify and mitigate potential hazards of the site.
 Manage day-to-day construction activities at the construction site, including
scheduling and supervision of subcontractors, and oversight of material deliveries.
 Revise project plans when conditions change and work needs to be adjusted.
 Prepare monthly reports for cost analysis, including material quantities, labor hours,

 Initiate and ensure standard civil engineering discipline in drawings and plans
including geotechnical, wind and hydrology analyses.
 Ensure compliance with government codes.

 Coordinate all maintenance works to properly maintain all branches of Supermarket.
 Communicating with Supermarket management to coordinate maintenance activities
with other building activities such as construction projects or tenant moves.
 Monitoring building systems, such as electrical, heating, cooling, and plumbing
systems, to identify problems and ensure they are fixed in a timely manner
 Inspecting equipment and facilities to identify needed repairs or replacements
 Preparing bids for projects and communicating with contractors to ensure work is
completed according to specifications
 Planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure that all building systems
are functioning properly at all times
 Inspecting premises to identify potential hazards such as unsafe conditions or poor
lighting that could pose a danger to occupants
 Coordinating with architects and contractors regarding construction projects
 Scheduling repairs and making arrangements for contractors to perform the work,
including selecting vendors and supervising contractors on site
 Performing general construction work such as painting, wallpapering, plumbing,
electrical work, roofing, masonry, and carpentry
 Manage Health and Safety checks and procedures.

 Execution and Coordination of Embankment Work.
 Overseeing construction work, undertaking surveys and setting out sites.

 Look after all the maintenance work of electrical, plumbing and civil, also check the

 Follow up with the Inspection requests and get approval from consultant as well as
from municipality.
 Update all the site work daily basses with attendance of workers. Prepare daily,
weekly and monthly progress report and forward to higher management.

 To keep detail history of all roads, culverts, bridges and building belongs to site
jurisdiction along with Row of Roads.
 To watch whether any untoward matters including encroachment are going on the
roads or building premises. If he observes it, he should take suitable steps towards it
and informs to his higher Authority.
 To take the level of areas where earthwork or similar type of work is under execution
& prepare volumetric calculation sheets for quantitative analysis and lead charts, etc.
 To submit progress report of works as may be required by his superiors and to bring
to the notice of his immediate superiors, hindrances to the execution of work, if any.
 Supervise and inspect each and every activity such as: Leveling & Compaction, Etc.
 Involved in almost all operational / execution works as per required project Plan.
 To maintain site order book properly & record/note all instructions in site order book.

 To act as a team leader of the work force.
 To look after the projects and to execute the work as per specification & as per contract document. Execution and Coordination of Embankment Work.
 Conducted checking of placed reinforcement as per drawing; checking of verticality of structure using plumb bob, inspection of concrete during casting, checking of concrete mix for different structure in close coordination with Architect & Consultant.
 Monitor progress work as per schedule and maintain quality work.
 Observing all the site plan sheet and work as it is, if there is require to create some change in site plan then discuss about that issue with our Site Engineers.
