✓ 10 days Foreign training tour of GRIND MASTER COMPANY Of INDIA.
✓ I have a team of three people including two people under me, in which we are involved in troubleshooting maintenance, preventive maintenance and annual maintenance of pipe mills and polishing mills and other machines.
✓ We also do machine erection which I lead myself.
✓ I have an oracle account given by the company from which I can buy spares from the market, and also get spares from the store.
✓I keep spares ready to avoid any major downtime such as bearing assemblies, pumps, chain sprockets, multiple v-belts, timing belts and multiple bearings etc.
✓I also make several parts from the workshop.
✓I do the inspection of any kind of spares parts myself.
