Duties and Responsibilities 1. Planning production meetings, worker schedules, production activities, machine maintenance plans and maintaining product quality and budgets. 2. Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling, and directing production activities. 3. Observing the effective maintenance of safety rules and standards in the division by the workers. 4. Managing time-lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned factory time-lines and goals. 5. Ensuring that the product effectively satisfies the quality level ordered by the client. 6. Ensuring the effectual adopting of new programs and policies and providing training in order to meet improved requirements ordered by clients. 7. Executing factory manufacturing strategic plan and aligning it with general plant strategy. 8. Supervising quality standards and enforcing quality-control programs. 9. Collaborating with other factory managers to find best practices and the best solution. 10. Working with contract clients on matters concerned to their product starting from release to final shipment. 11. Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training necessities of production personnel.

3. Promoting performance improvement and quality assurance programs throughout the organization.
4. Ensuring product compliance with international and national legislation and standards.
5. Defining quality measures in conjunction with working staff.
6. Understanding, evaluating, and executing the tests and procedures properly and investigating the product modifications.
7. Directing workers engaged in testing and measuring product, tabulating the data relating product quality, materials
8. Supervising technical team in carrying out checks and tests.
9. Monitoring performance by collecting relevant information and preparing statistical reports.
10. Determining relevant quality associated training requirements and delivering training.
11. Collating and analyzing performance charts and data against defined parameters.
12. Writing management and technical systems reports.

1. To prepare and effectively implement action plans to improve overall equipment efficiency of production machines.
2. Day to day production planning and achieve maximum Production.
3. Assign work load to operators & achieving daily production target.
4. Arrangement of tools and repair & maintenance of tools.
5. Monitoring of hourly production Vs hourly production plan.
6. Technical problems Solving and Trouble Shooting.
7. Proper utilization of Manpower. 8.
08-Shop floor administration, handling skilled manpower. 9.
10. To organize daily work management at shop floor. 11.
12. Co-ordinate with workers & ensure proper house keeping. 13.
14. Daily Tool consumption, Production reports preparation.

 Develop understanding of design quality and production.
 Establish guide lines / instruction for production workers for assembling sequence to maximize output of the workers.
 Establish check points and or standards for various parts, sub assemblies to control quality during the production as per international standards.
 Develop production plan with details of material requirements.
