 Planning & controls activities during all phases of assigned projects like, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Pre-commissioning.
 Critically monitor project performance by analyzing project KPIs/reports and suggest appropriate and timely corrective action for achieving of project objectives, targets and improving other Key Performance Indicator SPI, CPI.
 Skilled in Preparing WBS.
 Prepare master schedule, S curves, resource Histograms, Performance Index, Progress look ahead Reports.
 Prepare Invoicing based on Project Scope work.  Study Drawings to Prepare BOQ.
 Prepare Project Progress Reports  Prepare Baseline and Target S Curves.
 Review and monitor site progress particularly with reference to manpower levels, productivity, construction metrics and payment. Monitor site activities and contractors’ project control activities.
 Review and evaluation of detailed FEED schedules, EPC schedules and Resource plans.
 Project Control by Integrated Change Management.
 Preparation of schedule for Project Life Cycle from Pre-feasibility to Close out of project’s scope of Work and accountable for schedule maintenance and review.
 frequent site & contractor office visit for kick off meetings, auditing, performance review and other
related issues.
