Reporting monthly financials of Pakistan and Abudhabi Division.
Variance Analysis of Actual Results with Budget and Forecasts
Monitoring the variances in Operating Cashflows, Profit Margins, Business Generations and Revenue
Performing monthly Inter BU balances reconciliation
Analysis of project-wise weekly cashflows and reporting reasoning of such variances
Prepartion of monthly project analytical studies for detailed project analysis
Ensuring the recording of all types of provisions including ECL, warranty provisions and vendor advances Variance Analysis of Actual Results with Budget and Forecasts

Roles and responsibilities

Production management.
Handle day to day operations and directly report to directors.
Transaction supervision.
Payable and receivable management.
Vendors reconciliation on monthly basis .
Bank reconciliation, G/L management and maintain book of accounts.
Payroll processing and funds management.
Stock taking and valuation and physical verification of purchase documents (PO, IGP, GRN & Delivery Challans).

Roles and responsibilities


 Reconciliation of processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Verification of vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions 
 Disbursement of petty cash by recording entry; verification of document.
 Payment to employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances; preparation of checks.
 To maintains records and filing documents.

 

Roles and responsibilities

Manages and plans audit assignments
Interfaces with company management and addresses any audit issues
Oversees the audit process and ensures compliance with auditing standards
Prepares and presents audit findings and recommendations to senior management
Ensures that audit schedules are adhered to and that audits are conducted efficiently and effectively
Provides guidance and feedback to the audit team
Develops and implements audit policies and procedures
Conducts special audits as required
areas for process improvements and works with management to implement changes
Verification of sale by reconciling goods delivery notes with sale invoice.
Recalculation of trade recivables accounts to verify their arithmatical accuracy
Trade Payable data put into microsoft excel with purchase items for further substantive testing by seniors team members .
