Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Following up on the interview process status, and

Develop and maintain pool of candidates using different

Meet walk in candidates assess their resumes and conduct
first round of interviews

On boarding new employees through HRMS.
Conducting orientation and training session for new
employees.
Processing appointment, contract and agreements related
letters.
Managing attendance and correction adjustments.
Grievance Handling.
Maintain employee records (attendance, personal data etc.)
according to policy and requirements.
Preparing
bank accounts of new joined employees and coordinating
with bank to activate
account.
Conducting
Exit interviews of employee and other exit formalities.

Adjusting arrears for conveyance allowance of
the payroll month..
