· Organize and mobilize farmers/ groups for participatory learning.
· Provide support and facilitate farmers for participatory learning practices and experiments in salinity effected landscapes and communities.
· Development of Farmers as Facilitators for farmers to farmer learning.
· Implementing the agreed action plans (with the project partners and stakeholders) to the given standards and deadlines.
· Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meetings and production of all necessary documentation.
· On-going evaluation of project activity and submission of the final results of field activities to the project management.
· Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors.
I was working here as Lead District Master Facilitator at District Faisalabad.
