Responsible for providing HSE quality management system to the client              Prepared job safety analysis (JSA) and Hazard identification & risk assessment (HIRA)            Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress report (DPR, WPR, MPR) for Clint.               Prepare NEPRA, Clint, OE, lander and third party required documents/ Report and Project KPIs.              Prepare Permit to Work (PTW) system and ensure its compliance.              Conduct Audit with Clint OE and landers (IFC, IMC, HBP,) and Prepare required rectification/closeout of Audit.              Visited sites / walk through sites with Clint and independently for inspection reports and ensure their closeouts.              Conducted Tool Box Talk (TBT) & Quick Risk Prediction (QRP) of job and maintain record.              Prepare safety training matrix and Conduct safety (Emergency) drills, training and on site Awareness session.              Active member of Emergency response team (ERT) and ensure their compliance.      Ensure Lifting activity and conduct inspection of heavy machinery and maintain record (log)      Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous chemical with their MSDS.              Ensure and implement all safety protocols regarding COVID-19 according to the company management plan.              Active member in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity with team (CLO)               Ensure Biodiversity managements and ensure compliance according to the company management plan.               Ensure Grievance mechanism (Community & workers Grievance).               Ensure change finding and follow company policy.                   Conduct material inspection according to requirement to ensure proper inspection of hand tools, power tool, & mechanical                             Equipment for site use to control hazards & incident on site.
