Responsibilities for bidding-Review Tender Documents (Like Drawings, specifications & BOQ, etc.) to understand the scope and ensure all the required information is provided for the bidding process.-To minutely study RFQs and identify customer need for the preparation of commercial proposals.-Coordinate with the design department for pre-design and prepare the BOQ against customer needs.-To get the material rate from the procurement department as well as from the market (Local & international), if required.-Coordinate with customers regarding due clarifications, requirements, and other inquiry-related matters.-Assist the Planning & Contract department in providing budgetary and proper bid submissions.-Prepare Techno commercial Proposal in accordance with the requirements of the customer.-Meeting with client/consultant to kill the ambiguities for proper bid submission.-Technical and financial evaluation and comparison of quotations of suppliers and subcontractors.-Pricing material and labor costs for all BOQ items using comparison and pre-determined manpower production rate.-Give a Review of the final summary and commercial proposal to higher management.Responsibilities for execution-Preparation of project documents (Material Submittal Log, Shop drawings Log, Procurement Logs, Cash Flows, etc.)-Negotiation with vendors for a final discounted offer.-Preparation of Material Submittals for consultants approval.-Assist the Design department with the rectification of consultant comments on Shop drawings and Material Submittals.-Coordinate with Procurement Department, generate the PRN for material and ensure timely delivery of material.-Meetings and coordination with consultants for timely completion of the project.-Responsible for communication with Consultants and Clients discussing and resolving on-site issues which may arise during the construction.

Planning, Monitoring, supervising and reporting of on-site execution activities.
Getting review and subsequent approval from Engineer /Client for all shop drawings and material submittals and overseeing the selection/requisition of materials.
Calculation of material demand and quantities takeoff.
Follow up procurement team to deliver the materials within the scheduled time
Prepare the IR, MIR, and RFI’s for inspection and approvals from the Engineer/Client.
Prepare/submit the site design changes and get approval.
Participate in the rising of Change requests / Variation Orders.
Prepare a Method statement for MEP works.
Managing on-site Coordination with other contractors to avoid service clashes during execution
Provide a basic understanding of organizational hierarchy by maintaining the project organogram (Draw.io) and project Directory.
Generate a database of project shop drawing schedule, Procurement Schedule, and Material submittal logs.
Develop major milestone activities & establish a well-defined Work Breakdown Structure, Which includes all the scopes of work.
Review, analyze & refine the sequence and logic of tasks/activities and highlight any critical activity that needs particular attention.
Design Baseline master schedule Level 5 and recovery plan for projects (MS Project and Primavera P6).
Established and control the project progress measurement & monitoring system (PMS) for engineering, procurement and construction.
Prepare & Issue a planning package as per contractual terms & conditions and receive approval from the Client within the stipulated period of the contract.
Implement and design the project S curve and Manpower Histogram against the established baseline schedule.
Document schedule changes and keeps time-phased copies of the schedule of the work as historical records as the project progresses.
Analyze schedule variance and provide an assessment with corrective action (Mitigation Plan) recommendation to management.
Preparation of look-ahead plan/predecessors and successors activity report.
Report Earned value in terms of earned man-hours and Value of Work done (VOWD).
Compare & analyze earned value with actual and planned values and report in the form of CPI and SPI.
Prepare and maintain project forecast and status update.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
