To routinely check the Inspection of Parts on Machines/Production Floor with the goal to continuously reduce the number of parts rejected at Final Inspection. To ensure analysis of part defects at shop floor using 4M analysis, and to implement, monitor and measure the results of the corrective/preventive actions (CPA). To make reports in regards to CPA. To conduct QCC (Quality Control Circle) to eliminate the problem at process.To continue the audit in-process Large and Small parts to prevent NG part outflow.To ensure parts returned from customers are analyzed for an internal decision and effective action. Further, to take decisions on hold parts in coordination with Manager. To prepare floor samples and ensure samples are regularly at the Floor Sample Display Area, Machine Area (where required).To train Quality Inspectors on Parts Standards, forms, and inspection techniques.To see SOP are visible and Inspectors inspect as per that SOP. Scheduling duties of Quality Inspectors Shifts and to supervise the personnel on offdays via phone.To arrange required manpower for over-time on weekends, holidays.To check the machine effectiveness using the method of CP, CPK.To analysis the Quality reports and take the required corrective & preventive actions.To assure the gauges are available at each process & calibrated.To coordinate with concern department AM PPC, Forman, Supervisor, Regarding the existed problem to solve the issues on immediately basis.To take a Gemba Walk on regular basis collect the data from shop floor to assure the continues improvement.To verify the MTN from one cell to another cell to assure that parts are moving OK from production end.To ensure the RTN data that has been received from QA.To give the corrective & preventive on RTN & give the report to manager.Any other job assigned by the Management.

Looking after SQM (Supplier Quality Manual) Documentation &Implementation.Provide internal training for QMS functions including organizational training&subject matter activities for QMS.Develop & implement system improvements to maintain process excellencethrough Measurements & analysis.Provide leadership & guidance to ensure leading edge business practices aredefined & implemented.Facilitates management of QMS resources and objectives, including RegulatoryCompliance, Internal Audits, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), BusinessProcess Improvement support, QMS Metrics and Records.Maintain tracking to allow for proper corrections of internal and external audit major/minor non-conformances and improvement observations in accordance withPlant standards.Host the audit of QAV1 & QAV2 for HACPL, PSMCL, HNMPL.Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process andprevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process orsystem.Provide daily updates to management on job status of all work in progress.Monthly preparation of department problem charts & status.Taking counter measures of market complaints and set preventive action toeliminate the problems.Any other task given by the manager.
